Todd Robinson, M.D.
Board Certified Eye Physician and Surgeon

Todd Robinson, M.D. was born and raised in Nebraska where he attended the University of Nebraska and obtained his Bachelor of Science Degree in 1985 and his Medical Degree in 1991. Dr Robinson then went on to finish his ophthalmology residency at West Virginia University in 1996. He became Board Certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology in 1997.

Dr. Robinson practiced for more than eleven years in Tennessee and Arkansas becoming an accomplished eye physician and surgeon before moving to Panama City. Dr. Robinson will provide his patients in Panama City with the latest advances in cataract surgery using the various SmartLens(R) procedures as well as treatment for glaucoma and retinal care. Further, Dr. Robinson has a special interest in Oculoplastics for the treatment of droopy eyelids.

The Mullis Eye Institute feels very fortunate that Dr. Robinson has joined it's professional team of exceedingly well-qualified, Board Certified Ophthalmologists.

Julie Wolf, O.D.
Board Certified Optometric Physician

Dr. Julie Wolf grew up in North Florida, specifically, Jacksonville. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemistry, with honors, from Florida State University in 1991. She then went on to receive her Doctor of Optometry Degree with honors from the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, TN in 1995.

After completing her Doctor of Optometry Degree, Dr. Wolf received a post-graduate invitation from the prestigious Baptist Eye Institute in Jacksonville, Florida to engage in further medical training. Specifically, she completed post-graduate training in eye diseases of the cornea, the retina, glaucoma, cataracts, droopy eyelids and low vision.

After completion of her post-graduate training, Dr. Wolf was asked to stay and see patients as part of the medical team at Baptist Eye Institute. While there she served as assistant team eye physician for the Jacksonville Jaguars and she also served as director and preceptor of Baptist's optometric externship program through the Southern College of Optometry.

Before joining Mullis Eye Institute, Dr. Wolf honed her skills at Georgia Eye Partners in Atlanta where her areas of expertise included a strong emphasis in management of ocular diseases; including glaucoma, cataracts, diabetic eye care, and emergent eye care as well as the co-management of LASIK, cataract, and oculoplastic surgical patients.

In addition to Dr. Wolf's exceptional training and experience, her patients say that she has a warm and friendly way about her!

Andrew E. Kortz, M.D.
Board Certified Eye Physician and Surgeon

Andrew E. Kortz, M.D. obtained his Bachelors of Science degree from University of Florida, Gainesville and went on to post graduate coursework at Cambridge University, England. Dr. Kortz earned his medical degree from Columbia University in New York, NY in 1991 then continued his training in Ophthalmology at the National Naval Medical Center, Bethesda, MD. while serving in the U.S. Navy. Dr. Kortz went on to complete a Fellowship in cornea transplantation and LASIK surgery at Emory University in Atlanta in 1992.

As a Naval Doctor for ten years, Dr. Kortz was able to serve his country as a staff Ophthalmologist and Flight Surgeon in several locations around the country including Oakland Naval Hospital, NAS Whidbey Island, WA, and Camp Lejeune Naval Hospital, Camp Lejeune, NC. While in the Navy he was also stationed in Pensacola. He found that he liked both the people and the climate of the Florida panhandle and has practiced in the greater Pensacola area since 2002.

Dr. Kortz is a Board Certified Ophthalmologist, certified by The American Academy of Ophthalmology. Dr. Kortz is exceedingly well trained and has extensive experience dealing with a broad array of eye problems and diseases including cataracts, glaucoma, eye plastics, retina and cornea related problems. Dr. Kortz is a highly accomplished eye surgeon. Dr. Lee Mullis is proud and feels privileged that Dr. Kortz has joined the practice.
